中國人民銀行《金融(rong)科技(ji)發展規劃(2022~2025年》指出:運用機器人流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)自(zi)動化(RPA)、自(zi)然(ran)語言處理(li)(NLP)、智(zhi)能(neng)字符識別(ICR)等(deng)智(zhi)能(neng)技(ji)術開(kai)展(zhan)端到端數字化流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)重構,打(da)通部門間業(ye)務阻隔與(yu)流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)斷點,實現跨角色、跨時序的業(ye)務靈活(huo)定制與(yu)編排,打(da)造環節無縫銜接、信息實時交(jiao)互、資源協同高效(xiao)的業(ye)務處理(li)模(mo)式,更好支撐(cheng)數字化業(ye)務發(fa)展(zhan)。
人(ren)保財險科技(ji)運營(ying)部自2019年(nian)(nian)以來探索引入(ru)RPA技(ji)術,打(da)(da)造數字員(yuan)工,將(jiang)大量重復且規則明(ming)確的(de)業(ye)務操(cao)作(zuo)由機(ji)器人(ren)自動(dong)執(zhi)行替(ti)代人(ren)工操(cao)作(zuo),節省(sheng)員(yuan)工在機(ji)械、重復、耗(hao)時(shi)工作(zuo)上的(de)工作(zuo)量和時(shi)間,使員(yuan)工可以從事(shi)更有(you)(you)價(jia)值和創(chuang)造性的(de)工作(zuo),有(you)(you)效(xiao)提升運營(ying)效(xiao)能和人(ren)力績(ji)效(xiao)。經(jing)過兩年(nian)(nian)左右的(de)不(bu)斷嘗試(shi)并積累(lei)經(jing)驗(yan),2022年(nian)(nian),科技(ji)運營(ying)部將(jiang)數字員(yuan)工平臺(tai)項目納入(ru)人(ren)保財險“三化(hua)(hua)”建設(she)首批項目清(qing)單,通過建章立制、組建CoE(Center of Excellence,一(yi)般(ban)稱(cheng)卓越中(zhong)心,負(fu)責(ze)統(tong)籌推動(dong)RPA應用(yong))、深挖場景、打(da)(da)造平臺(tai)、強化(hua)(hua)管控(kong)、技(ji)術創(chuang)新(xin)等(deng)舉措,自上而下有(you)(you)組織(zhi)地推動(dong)RPA系(xi)統(tong)化(hua)(hua)、規范化(hua)(hua)、規模化(hua)(hua)應用(yong),促進降本增效(xiao),助力公司(si)運營(ying)自動(dong)化(hua)(hua)和數字化(hua)(hua)轉型(xing)。
RPA是運(yun)用智能(neng)軟件(jian)模擬并增強人與計算機的交互過程,執行(xing)規則化、重復性任務(wu)的軟件(jian)解決方案,是當前金融(rong)科(ke)技的熱點。基(ji)于RPA技術(shu)和工(gong)具可以打造具備真(zhen)實員工(gong)工(gong)作能(neng)力的虛擬化數字員工(gong)。
RPA具有(you)低(di)成(cheng)(cheng)本、非侵入(ru)、易擴展(zhan)、跨(kua)系(xi)統(tong)、集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)管理和(he)(he)控制等(deng)特(te)點(dian)和(he)(he)優勢。RPA的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)發(fa)周期較短,中(zhong)等(deng)復(fu)雜(za)度的(de)(de)(de)流程一般僅需要(yao)1~2周時間即可(ke)完成(cheng)(cheng)開(kai)發(fa)并上線(xian);RPA的(de)(de)(de)部(bu)署和(he)(he)使(shi)用無須改變現(xian)有(you)系(xi)統(tong),對現(xian)有(you)系(xi)統(tong)無侵入(ru)性,可(ke)以解決遺留系(xi)統(tong)難以改造(zao)的(de)(de)(de)痛(tong)點(dian);RPA可(ke)以快(kuai)(kuai)速復(fu)制和(he)(he)橫向擴展(zhan),有(you)效滿足業(ye)務處(chu)理規模快(kuai)(kuai)速增長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)需要(yao);RPA可(ke)以方便地進(jin)行跨(kua)系(xi)統(tong)操(cao)作,自動進(jin)行信(xin)息(xi)提取和(he)(he)傳遞,實(shi)現(xian)系(xi)統(tong)互聯和(he)(he)數據(ju)集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng);RPA支持通(tong)過管理平臺進(jin)行集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)部(bu)署、調度和(he)(he)監(jian)控,實(shi)現(xian)規模化應(ying)用,降低(di)管理成(cheng)(cheng)本。RPA的(de)(de)(de)上述獨特(te)優勢使(shi)其在(zai)近(jin)兩(liang)年(nian)快(kuai)(kuai)速成(cheng)(cheng)為金(jin)融(rong)科技(ji)熱點(dian),吸(xi)引了大量的(de)(de)(de)投(tou)資(zi),促進(jin)技(ji)術快(kuai)(kuai)速發(fa)展(zhan)并在(zai)金(jin)融(rong)保(bao)險行業(ye)得到廣(guang)泛應(ying)用。
建章立(li)制,為規(gui)范化應(ying)用奠(dian)定基礎
2022年2月,由科技運營部(bu)牽頭起草(cao),人(ren)保(bao)財險印發(fa)了(le)《RPA建(jian)設運營管(guan)理辦(ban)法(fa)(試行(xing))》(以下簡稱《管(guan)理辦(ban)法(fa)》)和RPA需求審核與后評估(gu)、RPA流(liu)程(cheng)設計開(kai)發(fa)、RPA流(liu)程(cheng)運行(xing)維護(hu)三個配套規(gui)范以及相應的文檔模板。這是(shi)人(ren)保(bao)財險首次就RPA建(jian)設運營發(fa)布制度(du)規(gui)范,填(tian)補了(le)相關領(ling)域的空白。
《管理(li)辦(ban)法(fa)》明確了(le)(le)RPA建(jian)設(she)和運(yun)營遵循(xun)統籌規劃、集中管理(li)、高(gao)效協同(tong)、規范(fan)合規原則;明確了(le)(le)總(zong)部及(ji)(ji)各分公司、科技部門、業(ye)務部門以及(ji)(ji)數(shu)字化運(yun)營項目組在RPA建(jian)設(she)運(yun)營工作(zuo)(zuo)中的(de)職責(ze);明確了(le)(le)RPA從(cong)需(xu)求管理(li)、流程(cheng)設(she)計開(kai)發、發布部署、運(yun)行維護以及(ji)(ji)后評估的(de)全生命周期管理(li)要求。《管理(li)辦(ban)法(fa)》及(ji)(ji)配套規范(fan)是開(kai)展RPA建(jian)設(she)運(yun)營工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)基(ji)本指引,為建(jian)立(li)健(jian)全RPA建(jian)設(she)運(yun)營體系、推動RPA規范(fan)化應用奠定(ding)了(le)(le)良好(hao)基(ji)礎。
組(zu)建CoE,打造(zao)總分(fen)協同高效(xiao)團隊
人保財險由科(ke)技運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)營(ying)部(bu)統(tong)籌管(guan)理(li)RPA建(jian)設(she)和(he)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)營(ying),各省級分公司(si)(si)科(ke)技運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)營(ying)部(bu)負責開(kai)展轄內RPA需(xu)(xu)求的收集(ji)、統(tong)籌和(he)初審,鼓勵具(ju)備自主開(kai)發能(neng)力的分公司(si)(si)通過(guo)總分協同模式承擔本(ben)(ben)分公司(si)(si)的RPA流(liu)程設(she)計開(kai)發工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),總部(bu)各部(bu)門及各數字化(hua)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)營(ying)項目組負責本(ben)(ben)條線RPA需(xu)(xu)求的收集(ji)、統(tong)籌和(he)初審,并(bing)配合做(zuo)好(hao)流(liu)程的部(bu)署、運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)維、優化(hua)以及需(xu)(xu)求后(hou)評(ping)估(gu)等(deng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。
依(yi)據上述職責分(fen)(fen)工,科(ke)技(ji)運(yun)營部牽頭組建了(le)總分(fen)(fen)協同、科(ke)技(ji)與(yu)(yu)(yu)業務高(gao)效(xiao)聯動的RPA建設與(yu)(yu)(yu)運(yun)營團隊,即中心式的CoE。團隊涵蓋總分(fen)(fen)公司科(ke)技(ji)、業務人員,定(ding)期(qi)召開項目例會(hui),每月編制并發布數字員工項目月報,舉(ju)辦RPA制度宣導與(yu)(yu)(yu)流(liu)程開發技(ji)術培訓,促進相互學習(xi)借鑒,共同提升(sheng)應用成效(xiao)。
深挖場景,擴大數(shu)字員工規模(mo)范圍(wei)
考(kao)慮到(dao)開(kai)發(fa)資源(yuan)、產品許可(ke)的數(shu)(shu)量有限,為實現(xian)更(geng)高的投入產出,人(ren)保財險結(jie)(jie)(jie)合RPA技術特點,明(ming)確(que)RPA需(xu)求準入標(biao)準,要求需(xu)求應同時滿足以(yi)下(xia)五(wu)項標(biao)準方可(ke)使用RPA:基于明(ming)確(que)的業務規則、大量重復(fu)的人(ren)工操作、難(nan)以(yi)或(huo)短期無(wu)法通過(guo)系統改造實現(xian)、穩(wen)定運行的標(biao)準流程,以(yi)及結(jie)(jie)(jie)構化或(huo)可(ke)結(jie)(jie)(jie)構化的輸入數(shu)(shu)據。
數字員工(gong)建設運營團隊通過(guo)訪(fang)談、研討(tao)、問(wen)卷(juan)調(diao)(diao)查、實地調(diao)(diao)研、頭腦(nao)風暴、經驗分享等多種方式深入挖掘(jue)符(fu)合上述標準的應用(yong)場景,同時積極推動可統頒(ban)應用(yong)流程的開發和推廣,持續擴大應用(yong)場景規模和覆(fu)蓋范圍。截至2022年11月底,人保(bao)財(cai)險數字員工(gong)已(yi)覆(fu)蓋財(cai)務、客服、車(che)險承保(bao)、車(che)險理賠、非車(che)理賠、農(nong)險業務等9個領域(yu);惠及車(che)險核保(bao)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)、會計核算崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)、車(che)險理算崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)、95518調(diao)(diao)度崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)、結算制單崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)、農(nong)險理賠崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)等31個一(yi)線崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)位。
打造(zao)平臺,實現數字員工統(tong)一管理
人保(bao)財(cai)險科技運(yun)營部自主研發(fa)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字員(yuan)工(gong)運(yun)營管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)平臺(tai)(tai)(tai),實現數(shu)(shu)(shu)字員(yuan)工(gong)的(de)集(ji)中統(tong)一管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)。平臺(tai)(tai)(tai)具備RPA產品(pin)許可管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)狀(zhuang)態管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)上(shang)線審核、流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)運(yun)行(xing)監控(kong)、流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)審計(ji)(ji)等功能(neng)(neng)。平臺(tai)(tai)(tai)搭建了流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)商店,將基(ji)礎、通用、可復(fu)(fu)用的(de)流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)或組件進(jin)(jin)行(xing)封裝并(bing)(bing)上(shang)架,促進(jin)(jin)通用流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)和組件共享,減少重(zhong)復(fu)(fu)開(kai)發(fa)。為了更好地計(ji)(ji)量統(tong)計(ji)(ji)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字員(yuan)工(gong)的(de)運(yun)行(xing)效(xiao)能(neng)(neng),平臺(tai)(tai)(tai)定義了流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)效(xiao)能(neng)(neng)指標并(bing)(bing)開(kai)發(fa)了標準化的(de)計(ji)(ji)算模塊,嵌入各個流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)腳(jiao)本,一旦(dan)流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)運(yun)行(xing)即可自動記錄(lu)流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)運(yun)行(xing)效(xiao)能(neng)(neng)并(bing)(bing)將數(shu)(shu)(shu)據同步至(zhi)平臺(tai)(tai)(tai),并(bing)(bing)通過平臺(tai)(tai)(tai)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字員(yuan)工(gong)效(xiao)能(neng)(neng)看板進(jin)(jin)行(xing)統(tong)計(ji)(ji)和展(zhan)示。對(dui)于(yu)集(ji)中部署的(de)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字員(yuan)工(gong),人保(bao)財(cai)險開(kai)辟(pi)專門的(de)辦公室,由專人進(jin)(jin)行(xing)統(tong)一規范(fan)化管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),集(ji)中進(jin)(jin)行(xing)調度,實現機器人資源的(de)合(he)理(li)(li)調配,形成規模化應用。
強化管控,確保數字員工(gong)安全(quan)運(yun)行
人(ren)保財險采(cai)用多種安(an)(an)全(quan)管(guan)控舉(ju)措,確(que)保數(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)安(an)(an)全(quan)合規運(yun)行(xing)(xing)。一(yi)是加強數(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)賬(zhang)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)及權限(xian)管(guan)理(li)。修訂《信(xin)息(xi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)賬(zhang)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)管(guan)理(li)辦法》,明確(que)定(ding)(ding)義并(bing)(bing)區分(fen)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)賬(zhang)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)和(he)(he)內(nei)部用戶(hu)賬(zhang)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao),要求為數(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)單獨(du)分(fen)配(pei)信(xin)息(xi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)賬(zhang)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao),參照內(nei)部用戶(hu)賬(zhang)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)管(guan)理(li)要求進行(xing)(xing)申(shen)請(qing)、審(shen)核和(he)(he)審(shen)批,并(bing)(bing)指(zhi)定(ding)(ding)內(nei)部人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)作為其賬(zhang)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)責(ze)任(ren)人(ren)。嚴格(ge)控制(zhi)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)賬(zhang)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)權限(xian),按照“權限(xian)最小(xiao)原則”和(he)(he)“職責(ze)分(fen)離原則”分(fen)配(pei)權限(xian)。二是加強數(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)訪(fang)(fang)問(wen)和(he)(he)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)交互(hu)安(an)(an)全(quan)管(guan)控。開展流程(cheng)設計架構評(ping)審(shen)和(he)(he)代碼審(shen)查,嚴格(ge)控制(zhi)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)的數(shu)(shu)據(ju)訪(fang)(fang)問(wen)權限(xian),禁止數(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)直(zhi)接(jie)訪(fang)(fang)問(wen)核心系(xi)統(tong)(tong)接(jie)口和(he)(he)生(sheng)產數(shu)(shu)據(ju)庫,嚴格(ge)控制(zhi)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)發起的系(xi)統(tong)(tong)訪(fang)(fang)問(wen)請(qing)求頻率,確(que)保不影(ying)響系(xi)統(tong)(tong)正(zheng)常(chang)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)。三是對數(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)過程(cheng)進行(xing)(xing)全(quan)程(cheng)監控和(he)(he)錄屏,記錄運(yun)行(xing)(xing)日志(zhi),支持異常(chang)任(ren)務告警、問(wen)題定(ding)(ding)位和(he)(he)事后審(shen)計。
技術創新,打(da)造智能化、服務化員工(gong)
人保(bao)財險科技(ji)運營部加強RPA技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin),一(yi)是(shi)將RPA與(yu)OCR、自然(ran)語言處(chu)理、知(zhi)識(shi)(shi)圖(tu)譜(pu)等(deng)(deng)AI技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)深度融合(he),提(ti)升(sheng)RPA應(ying)用(yong)的智(zhi)(zhi)能化水(shui)平,打(da)(da)造(zao)智(zhi)(zhi)慧數(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工。通(tong)過(guo)與(yu)OCR技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)融合(he),實現承(cheng)保(bao)、核保(bao)、理賠等(deng)(deng)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)流程中單證票(piao)據信(xin)息的自動識(shi)(shi)別和錄入(ru),串(chuan)聯(lian)了原本(ben)需要人工參與(yu)的環節,彌(mi)合(he)流程斷點,實現端到端流程自動化,將RPA的應(ying)用(yong)能力擴展到包含非結構化數(shu)據的場景(jing)。通(tong)過(guo)與(yu)自然(ran)語言處(chu)理、知(zhi)識(shi)(shi)圖(tu)譜(pu)等(deng)(deng)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)融合(he),打(da)(da)造(zao)智(zhi)(zhi)能問(wen)答數(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工。二是(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)提(ti)出“數(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工服務(wu)(wu)(wu)化”的理念和模式,將數(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工封裝成標(biao)準化服務(wu)(wu)(wu),由業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)應(ying)用(yong)通(tong)過(guo)接口便捷調(diao)用(yong),融入(ru)IT運維等(deng)(deng)場景(jing),進一(yi)步提(ti)升(sheng)數(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工應(ying)用(yong)的靈活性和便捷性。
2022年8月13日,在RPA中國主(zhu)(zhu)辦的(de)“第二(er)屆中國RPA+AI開發(fa)者大賽”中,人保財(cai)險科技(ji)運營部憑借自主(zhu)(zhu)開發(fa)的(de)作品“基于規則的(de)風險輔助處理流程” 榮獲優秀(xiu)技(ji)術創(chuang)新獎。

截至2022年11月(yue)底,數(shu)字(zi)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)平臺已在人保財險總分公(gong)(gong)司(si)上線612個RPA流程,打造(zao)699名數(shu)字(zi)員工(gong)(gong)(gong),涵蓋總部(bu)及33家省級分公(gong)(gong)司(si)。2022年以來,數(shu)字(zi)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)累計運(yun)行時長超(chao)(chao)過(guo)84萬小時,節約人工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)量超(chao)(chao)過(guo)356人年,有(you)效(xiao)提(ti)升了業(ye)務運(yun)營效(xiao)率和人力效(xiao)能,實現(xian)降本增效(xiao)。
廣泛應用(yong)的車險核保機器人。在(zai)車(che)險(xian)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)中,存在(zai)大量規則清晰且重復性高(gao)的(de)核(he)(he)保工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),核(he)(he)保處(chu)理(li)(li)時需要(yao)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)多個系統,人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)處(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)量、復雜(za)度、易錯程度都較高(gao),處(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)時效性也不能完(wan)全滿(man)足業(ye)(ye)務(wu)需要(yao)。針(zhen)對這一場景,開(kai)發車(che)險(xian)核(he)(he)保機器(qi)人(ren)(ren)輔助人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)處(chu)理(li)(li)核(he)(he)保工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),通過RPA融合(he)OCR技(ji)術(shu),提升(sheng)信息審核(he)(he)速度及準確性,輔助人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)快(kuai)速完(wan)成核(he)(he)保操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),效率提升(sheng)600%。采用總分協同模式對數字(zi)員工(gong)(gong)進行集中管理(li)(li),目前車(che)險(xian)核(he)(he)保機器(qi)人(ren)(ren)已在(zai)28家省級(ji)分公(gong)司(si)上(shang)線(xian)(xian),2022年以(yi)來已累計節約37人(ren)(ren)年工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)量。其(qi)中,人(ren)(ren)保財險(xian)福建分公(gong)司(si)共(gong)上(shang)線(xian)(xian)9個車(che)險(xian)核(he)(he)保機器(qi)人(ren)(ren),平均每天處(chu)理(li)(li)300單業(ye)(ye)務(wu),替(ti)代7名人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)。
集中部署的理賠(pei)集審照片分揀機器人(ren)。在(zai)理(li)(li)(li)賠(pei)業(ye)務(wu)中,在(zai)線理(li)(li)(li)賠(pei)坐(zuo)席(xi)需要通過(guo)集中審核平(ping)臺(tai)對(dui)各個渠道上傳的(de)海量照(zhao)片(pian)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工審核和分揀,工作量大,耗費人(ren)(ren)(ren)力成(cheng)本高。針對(dui)這一場(chang)景,開發理(li)(li)(li)賠(pei)集審照(zhao)片(pian)分揀機器(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren),通過(guo)RPA融合OCR技(ji)術(shu)對(dui)照(zhao)片(pian)關(guan)鍵信(xin)息進(jin)行(xing)(xing)自動提(ti)(ti)取和識別,將(jiang)識別后的(de)照(zhao)片(pian)自動分揀至(zhi)對(dui)應目錄,大幅提(ti)(ti)升線上理(li)(li)(li)賠(pei)處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)時效。理(li)(li)(li)賠(pei)集審照(zhao)片(pian)分揀機器(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)自2021年年底(di)上線以來,采用總部(bu)集中部(bu)署的(de)方式,共部(bu)署15名數(shu)字員(yuan)工,累(lei)計運行(xing)(xing)22019小時,節約人(ren)(ren)(ren)力1633人(ren)(ren)(ren)天,有效提(ti)(ti)高了分揀效率(lv)和準確率(lv),在(zai)為理(li)(li)(li)賠(pei)坐(zuo)席(xi)減負的(de)同時,將(jiang)數(shu)字員(yuan)工的(de)處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)結(jie)果(guo)記(ji)錄在(zai)表格中,每(mei)日交由指定人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)對(dui)結(jie)果(guo)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)二次檢查(cha),保證流程運行(xing)(xing)平(ping)穩且風險可控。
